Precision grinding is a machining technique used to reduce metal sheets to an exact specified thickness. Where milling or conventional sanding may follow the contours of the material, our grinding head remains fixed — resulting in a flat, homogeneous surface.

Titanium
Titanium requires a wet grinding process due to its highly flammable properties. Our Timesavers facility enables safe and precise grinding - with flatness and dictation tolerance down to 0.05 mm. Ideal for aerospace, medical applications and precision parts where weight and corrosion resistance come together.
Stainless steel (stainless steel)
We can grind stainless steel sheets up to 8500 x 2000 x 100 mm on both sides for maximum flatness and parallelism. Vacuum clamping allows fast and efficient work without thermal distortion. Perfect for frames, cut parts and sight parts with strict roughness or dictation tolerances.
Aluminium
Aluminum requires a wet process to reduce heat input. Our technique prevents color differences or surface tension and provides an even, accurate finish. Smartly ground aluminum sheets save time in follow-up operations and increase final accuracy.
Plastic, Invar, Duplex, Alloys
Even sensitive or demanding materials such as press plates, Invar, Duplex or special alloys can be machined precisely and reliably thanks to interchangeable grinding belts. With constant thickness, minimum stress and maximum surface quality.
