Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data on website visitors who are under the age of 16. Unless they have parental or guardian consent. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. Therefore, we encourage parents to be involved in their children's online activities to avoid collecting data about children without parental consent. Your personal data is stored on the web server. The data from the forms on our website are emailed to info@van-geenen.com. In no case will your IP address be sent along with it.
After using one of our forms, you will automatically receive a copy of the data sent with an explanation of how to make a request to see, change or delete your data with me.
View, modify or delete data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your possible consent for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Van Geenen and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data of you that we hold in a computer file to you or another organization named by you. You can send a request for inspection, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or a request to withdraw your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@van-geenen.com. To make sure that the request for inspection is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, the MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks. Van Geenen neemt de bescherming van uw gegevens serieus en neemt passende maatregelen om misbruik, verlies, onbevoegde toegang, ongewenste openbaarmaking en ongeoorloofde wijziging tegen te gaan. De gegevens die u invoert via onze website worden uitsluitend verwerkt via een beveiligde SSL-verbinding.
De url voor het inloggen op de back-end van de website wijkt af van de standaard URL.
De website is tevens beveiligd door middel van een speciale software (wegens veiligheidsoverwegingen wordt de naam van deze software hier niet vermeld).
Uw IP-adres wordt niet meegestuurd bij het invullen van een formulier.
Uw IP-adres die wij naar Google Analytics sturen, is anoniem gemaakt.
Alle inloggegevens die te maken hebben met de website zijn automatisch gegenereerd door een passwordmanager. Deze inloggegevens zijn dan ook in deze passwordmanager opgeslagen. De passwordmanager is daarnaast ook beveiligd met 2-stapsverificatie. Alle inloggegevens blijven bewaard zolang de website bestaat (online of in back-ups).
Slechts 2 personen hebben gegevens om in te loggen op de website (bekend binnen de organisatie. Vanuit veiligheidsoverwegingen worden zij hier niet vermeld).
